About a year ago, I installed the super-high-quality-better-than-anything official Porsche OEM bushings. As soon as I put weight on the wheels, the bushings collapsed. That was a deflating experience, since I had spent quite a lot of time on the project. I now have a set of bushings from Elephant Racing, and they are clearly superior. The Porsche bushing is so soft that I can deform it by squeezing it. The Elephant bushing, on the right, is much stiffer--maybe a gorilla could deform it as much as the Porsche one, but I sure can't. I've sanded the paint off the spring plates in preparation for gluing the bushings to the torsion-bar housings.
