I Broke the Tire Tool!

This is the pin in the tire-mounting tool that prevents the tire from rotating. It broke at the rather weak weld to the handle. To fix it, I had to reweld the pin, of course, but to reinstall it I had to remove the bracket that held it in position. Then, the bracket also had to be rewelded.
